Fasting Really Helps!
I’ve found that intermittent fasting really helps with normalizing your body weight and provides a reminder on when you should eat. It also helps me re-consider that ‘late night’ snack. It doesn’t always work, it still requires some discipline!
I’ve found that fasting reduces the natural joint inflammation that I started to experience in my 50’s.
